Student Training & Employment Program to Unleash Potential
Step UP is a program designed specifically for Upper Darby High School rising seniors overcoming obstacles. This program aids students in preparation for post high school endeavors, such as career planning and college search. We provide first time work experience for many of our applicants as well as, training, guidance and adult- mentoring.
The program focuses on the following areas:
educational achievement, positive citizenship, leadership development,work experience, preparing for and maintaining employment, resume-building, post-secondary preparation, fafsa information, scholarship search, and financial literacy.
